At Sideman & Bancroft, I am part of the Brand Integrity and Innovation, Business, and Intellectual Property practice groups. I am building my practice around all aspects of brand protection, including trademark counseling, trademark clearance, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement. I joined Sideman & Bancroft as an intern in the Intellectual Property group in 2020, and am looking forward to growing in my new role as an attorney. While in law school at Hastings, I participated in the Startup Legal Garage program, where I advised early-stage companies on intellectual property and corporate matters. The Startup Legal Garage program truly developed and reinforced my passion for intellectual property law, and I am grateful for the experience. On a different front, the intersection of law and sports, both professional and collegiate, fascinates me, and I welcome any discussion about it. While at Hastings, I wrote and published a legal article about corruption in college sports focusing on how the NCAA’s amateurism rule is damaging the integrity of college sports, and solutions on how to fix this problem. Outside of the law, I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my pets) and watching sports – go Heat, Dodgers, and Chargers!
