The company also gave me the opportunity to participate in meetings with senior employees from different departments as the representative of the Portfolio department.

My experience in this role enriched my customer service and communication skills. In this case, it was about serving policy subscribers and employees of the different subsidiaries of the Intesa San Paolo bank (B2C & B2B). I was in charge of processing claims, product assistance and verification and validation of documentation for payment of the insurance policy. This role required basic legal knowledge, high attention to details and a lot of confidentiality regarding the information processed.
