* Perform compliance reviews for servicing consent order violations.* AML/BSA alert clearing. * Perform regulatory compliance document review requirements to ensure accuracy. * Ensure all underwriting requirements where met on all loan. * Complete income, debt and escrow deposits are accurate and verified.* Review legal documents including loss mitigation, bankruptcy, forbearance and foreclosure. * Ensure the borrower was properly disclosed on all fees and assessments on account prior to and fees posting. * Calculate 2% interest for all California escrow loans to ensure timely payment is credited to the borrowers account. * Review contracts for accurate disclosures in both the mortgage and auto sales.* Identify mortgage loan type to ensure Investors requirements where met.* Capture and consolidate documents for acquisition loans.* Resolve exceptions, data conflicts and alerts on all accounts during compliance review.* Ensure all exceptions, data conflicts are reported back to the client in a clear, concise and professional manner.* Perform quality control reviews on completed files to ensure accuracy of captured data.
