I also had the opportunity to coordinate Safety management in South America (Colombia, Peru, Chile) through the implementation of corporate standards and best practices. One of them - The 15 Golden Rules are safety rules to eliminate the main risks of accidents. These rules were implemented from scratch, that is, there was no action before that. Continuing with the objective of “ZERO accidents”, I am responsible for the analysis of accidents, dangerous occurrences and other deficiencies, analyzing the causes, issuing corrective and preventive measures.I consider it a great achievement to have followed and controlled the companies and employees hired for 2 years for the closing and transfer of machinery from Americana plant and the transition and installation in Rio de Janeiro. With that, I learned about several types of machinery and tools used to carry out this extreme transition while maintaining quality and safety.I have high interaction with all hierarchical levels.
