Transport Advisor for TranSIT project: Transition to an Integrated and Intelligent Public Transport System in Mexico.- Directorate for the preparation of national reference documents: “Guidelines for the transformation of public transport”.- Project management for EDOMEX: implementation of the control and monitoring center, guidelines for the prevention of harassment in Mexibús, GTFS for the Toluca valley, support in access to financing for electric buses.

- Project Finance and technical review of Mass Transportation Systems: Integrated Transportation Systems, BRT Corridors, Suburban Trains for PROTRAM / FONADIN.- Development of Environmental, Social and Technical Impact indicators to evaluate public transport projects.

- Management of multidisciplinary teams for transportation infrastructure planning in Mexico, Central America and South America (Colombia, El Salvador, Bolivia, Panama).- Team leader for demand forecasts, social and environmental impact analysis; and development and registration of cost-benefit analysis for road, railway and mass public transportation projects (BRT systems, Comprehensive Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans; and Integrated Transportation Systems).- Development of methodologies for demand analysis and forecasting, Cost Benefit Analysis, Social and Socioeconomic Impact Studies; and Financial Evaluation.- Responsible for all stages of the projects: identification of needs, negotiations with clients, presentation of results and monitoring.- Client support before rating agencies (Standard & Poor's, Macquarie), development banks (BANOBRAS, Inter-American Development Bank), technical organizations (Secretariat of Communications and Transportation, WRI), international financial institutions (SHCP, World Bank, CAF).- Preparation of more than 30 Cost Benefit Analysis and registration of more than 15 projects in the Investment Unit: Line 3 of the Guadalajara Light Train, 3rd Stage of the León SIT, Bojórquez Bridge, Railway Bypass in Cd. Juárez, Encarnación Railway Shortening, Bojorquez Bridge.- Management team for the Comprehensive National Transportation Master Plan in Belize - project in collaboration with E-gis International.

- Team coordination.- Development of methodologies for the analysis and forecasting of demand for highway and mass public transportation projects.- Responsible for Cost Benefit Analysis and Socioeconomic Impact Studies.- Follow-up with private clients and government entities for project financing.

- Responsible for the preparation and registration with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of 15 Cost Benefit Analysis of urban transportation and social infrastructure projects.- Follow-up with clients and government entities for the financing of projects.
