I'm the leader of the IT Operation Support team composed by 9 people, located in different italian cities. Me and my team are responsible of all Production environment (Telematics and Manufacturing apps). We follow different activities:- Account/Access Management- Incident/SR Management- Problem/Outage Management- Manage communications with customers about any PROD activities with impact(release, maintenance, outage)- Manage and coordinate different Suppliers on PROD activities (BAU, escalation, SLA, ...)- Manage purchase orders for any licensed applications and/or suppliers maintenance fee- Coordinate business critical activities (new functionality, new processes, business simulations)- Release Management (coordinate CM team and PROD team)- Continuous Improvements (monitoring tools, application efficiency, ...) creating/configuring script, applications, architecture and/or infrastructure to improve the overall service availability.

I'm the leader of a development team of 3 people and we follow these activities:- analysis and design of development requests received from internal client- develop solution using Adobe AEM- deploy in Production environment of approved fixes and improvements- Use of SVN repository as version control system.

I'm the leader of a development team of 5 people and we follow these activities:- analysis and design of development requests received from internal client- develop solution in PHP and Javascript languages using Codeigniter MVC- Ticket support activity to fix production bugs and develop little improvements- deploy in Production environment of approved fixes and improvements- MySQL database maintenance- Use of GIT repository as version control system.- Periodical reports and meeting with internal client to show results and development progress.

When I've started to be a consultant in Everis, I've joined a small support team for an italian telecommunication company.The activities are the following:▪Support the internal client customer care▪Resolution of daily incidents respecting SLA based on priority▪Analyze and eventually trace problems about wrong behaviour of client software.▪Deploy released software packages in different enviroment (PreProduction and Production)▪Manage different Unix/Solaris servers [Web server and Application Server] (up to 24 server in Production enviroment)▪Develop of bash scripts to create automatic procedure to check, evaluate and resolve knows errors or create schedulated reports for different BU▪Client relationship▪Available service during nights, holidays and weekends to guarantee 24/7 the service continuity of different systems.I've used the following software:▪Siebel CRM application▪Pega PRPCand the following technologies: Oracle DB (Sql), Java, Bash scripting, Unix, JBoss AS.From October 2014, I become the leader of the team, composed by 5 people.
