Since September 2021 working for Kyndryl Italia as Italy Market Asset Management Leader. Previously held numerous management positions across Europe and had exposures to many of IBMs arenas. 30+ years experience, initially starting within a high technical environment and thereafter moving to Strategic Outsourcing Senior Mgmt. After successfully completing my degree and my Italian National Service, serving as an army commissioned officer, I then commenced my career within IBM. 1987- 1995 My first seven years were spent in the SW Rome Laboratory initially as a developer, up to Project Management, gaining deep understanding of SW Business, experiencing a rigorous approach to project methodology and strong team working. 1995 – 2006 Responsible for companies enterprise accounts, public sector , service mgmt, go to market effectiveness, including executive leadership of IT Security and Business Compliance for Italy, Greece, Israel and Turkey. 2006 – 2010 Reporting to the IGS Europe Infrastructure Director, responsible for SW Services, with overall leadership of the 8 European Geographical Units. 2010- 2013 Leader for ISC Asset Management Services for Italy, achieving an integrated country posture into the global model.2014 - 2015 taken the lead of the Asset Mgmt SW operations for South West Europe, deploying across all the countries one central operational model. 2015 – 2017 Europe Asset Mgmt SW Services Integration Leader looking after the Asset Mgmt Services from the Engagement until the BAU building e2e service excellence;2018 - 2021 as Italy Market Asset Mgmt Leader I have driven all the Global Asset Mgmt services for the IT services delivered in the country.
