As a Fashion Production graduate from the University of Sussex, I am eager to put my skills to work. University gave me an insight of the different areas within fashion, it has also helped me gain new skills and perfect existing skills. I am a very friendly and enthusiastic individual, who likes to ensure that clients and customers receive the best customer service possible. In my current role as a sales assistant, I strive to achieve the best results daily, ensuring that my day-to-day tasks of greeting and serving customers, assisting with queries, replenishing stock and keeping the store tidy are of the highest standards. I’m a people person with strong verbal and written communication, therefore, able to successfully assist customers with any requirements or requests they may have. I’m a confident individual and able to use my initiative to overcome challenging situations.I currently also volunteer as a fashion stylist assistant for a freelance stylist based in Central London. I provide support and prepare and organise garments and accessories for photo shoots. I also direct and assist models in getting dressed and undressed according to Stylist’s instructions. Return each product /item back to correct stores press offices. Assist the Stylist with any extra projects, research, presentations.Before taking on a fashion degree, I worked in accounts and payroll department for Marsh and McLennan Ltd for 7 years, which I learnt a lot about myself and what I wanted to achieve career wise. This role gave me the ability to have strong payroll and accounts experience, solid functional knowledge, commensurate at any level, understanding of payroll processes and regulations. Analytical abilities that enable me to recognise and resolve problems. Working with Marsh and McLennan companies has taught and helped me become a professional individual that is able adaptor any working environment.
