With over 25 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional customer service, sales, banking and insurance solutions to small business, personal lines, and high net worth clients. As the Head of Select Development at Gallagher, one of the world's largest insurance brokers, I oversee the transformational change, growth and performance of the Select division across Australia. I am motivated by Gallagher's core values of integrity, teamwork, excellence, and service, and I aim to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and diversity within my team and across the organization.In my current role, I leverage my skills and qualifications in business administration, financial performance, and insurance broking to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and systems that enhance the client experience, increase retention and sales, and generate new business opportunities. I also use my executive coaching skills, acquired from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership to mentor and empower my direct reports and other leaders within Gallagher. My most recent achievement has been chosen to participate in the very first "Leaders in Insurance For Tomorrow" mentor program designed to help LiiFT female career pathways in the insurance industry.
