My background is in business consultancy, service delivery and client management in the technology sector. I started my career as a researcher in artificial intelligence and natural language processing at the University of Surrey, moving on to become Director of Artificial Intelligence with a Silicon Valley company Resumix which was bought by Yahoo. I have worked with a variety of large and small companies including IBM, Dell, EDS and Google and Vodafone as well as with consultancy service providers such as PWC and Accenture. I joined Difference from Adecco, having successfully completed a major business change on its behalf. When Difference was acquired by Firstcom Europe in 2018, I worked closely with Firstcom Europe on business integration activities.
