The management of employer and university relationships to support and review the progress of academics completing the level 7 Academic Professional Apprenticeship. This required the delivery of online and onsite training and development including the production of course guides to support development and the achievement of outcomes. Management of progress reviews to mentor and support learners to achieve the apprenticeship standards.

Responsible for the effective planning and delivery of the curriculum for social sciences at KS4 and KS5. I managed a team of 4 teaching staff to achieve high standards of teaching and learning, meeting above national progress 8 across all subjects.

Delivered the KS4/KS5 curriculum for business and economics in an outstanding school. Mentored an NQT to deliver excellent results in a high achieving environment.

Identification of strategic objectives and goals and communication and delivery of action plans to achieve the vision. Experienced at delivering training to middle leaders during inset and after school sessions. Effective management of quality assurance meetings with middle leaders to review department performance and agree action plans to meet success criteria. Participated in a leadership training 1 year programme to build coaching expertise and support peers to change the culture to guide staff to make a positive impact on the quality of teaching through effective training and development. As the Vocational Coordinator, I managed the BTEC quality assurance and was the Quality Nominee for Pearsons. The Head of Department for Business, ICT and Media, leading a department of 10 teaching staff, achieved the best results at KS4 and KS5 for 2017 and 2018. This was due to high expectations for teaching and learning strategies and regular reviews to assess student’s achievement and implement appropriate interventions.

Responsible for the development and launch of the Baby catalogue for The Boots Company PLC with national distribution to 2,500 stores. Worked closely with the baby buying and marketing teams to coordinate the content as well as working with copywriters and legal teams to ensure the information was accurate and met legal guidelines. Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills allowed me to launch the catalogue on time within the critical path with no errors and all stakeholders needs were met whilst meeting financial budgets.

I managed the design brief to final implementation of new interiors for households and commercial projects. I studied Creative Design and achieved a distinction to build expertise in this field.

Responsible for the marketing, development and management of product ranges from £5m to £20m to meet sales and profit targets. This required strong negotiation skills and an ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. I exceeded sales and profit targets and was asked to support product areas which were underperforming. I managed and led teams to deliver well-developed ranges for the target customer.
