Lead role in matter-centric design, roll-out (and subsequent up-grades from 2007) and top-level FileSite administration. Manage all front-end security, including firewalls, non-client material and administrative departments. Work closely with in-house and external programmers in conceptualizing, designing and implementing tools for working effectively in FileSite at both the administrative and end-User levels. Developed training materials and workshops for both FileSite and any new tools which were custom-created. Provide front-end training to members of IT Department and support to HelpDesk on escalated FileSite User issues. Trouble-shoot and provide solutions for FileSite issues. Developed best-practice material for all Users to work efficiently in FileSite. Work closely with IT Director and the Support Services Manager in developing FileSite best-practices and meeting with department heads and practice groups.

Lead role in streamlining processes for ethical wall implementation and management, new-hire training (all levels), new and departing lawyers. Created and delivered countless training materials related to both document production and file management.Contributing member of Toronto-based (now defunct) WorkSite group - T.I.L.E.
