As the UK's Training Director at the college, I lead the development of strong relationships and manage our portfolio of accounts with central government and public sector clients. My focus is on crafting sustainable business strategies that align with our long-term goals and performance indicators, driving UK expansion opportunities, and guiding the creation of customised learning journey programmes for key learning and development clients.My experience includes managing pivotal accounts across the Civil Service, local government, and the broader public sector. I've had the privilege of working with clients such as The Government of Jersey, Scottish Government, Bank of England, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice, Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, NHS, Greater London Authority, and Shetland Islands Council.Previously, as an International Programme Manager, I excelled in maintaining partnerships with global training institutions from India, UAE, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. I oversaw the design and execution of foreign exposure training for delegations of up to 100 senior civilians per programme. My connection with the college's international division continues, as I manage learning programmes for Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges, leading training coordination for overseas Judges and Coroners, while maintaining productive relationships within the Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association.With 15 years of experience in customer and client service, I have developed effective communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a positive attitude through various roles in the Education and Training sector.I am a member of the CIPD and hold a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies and Education from Liverpool John Moores University.
