- Project management: Plan, develop, and execute a research project for the control of the fruit fly. This project managed an annual budget of $3,000. It achieves a bait for the control of the fruit fly that can replace the commercial bait, reducing the weekly costs of control by $ 5 per hectare.- Data analysis: Process and analyze the data obtained in the different experimental tests carried out in the laboratory, managing to determine which are the best results to be scaled.- Team leadership: Responsible for training and coordinating the work of 10 people in the laboratory.- Equipment management: Responsible for training, operating, and coordinating the use of laboratory equipment.

- Leadership of teams: Supervise, coordinate and ensure compliance with the practices of Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biorganics and Biotechnology for more than 50 students of the careers of Chemical Engineering and Agroindustry, it was possible to comply with the established schedule of 40 practices.- Management: Train, coordinate and manage the use of laboratories and their equipment in the practices and projects of 60 students.- Prepare chemical solutions and control their use in laboratory practices, more than 60 chemical solutions were prepared.- Logistic: Creation of inventories of laboratories and reagent warehouses, in addition to keeping a daily record of their use.

- Support in the execution of Agroindustrial, Chemical and Environmental Engineering research projects, managing to complete the research projects in two months.Provide support to the national fruit fly project led by Agrocalidad Ecuador, reducing work times by 25% in the crops in the Puellaro area.- Execution: Responsible for developing chemical solutions in order to conclude the degree projects.

- Quality control: Conduct the sampling of the raw material received and conduct the physical, chemical, and organoleptic analysis. Perform sampling of the finished product to perform microbiological analyses to verify that the quality requirements are met, managing to comply with the release of the 50 monthly batches required.- Responsible for taking the times in each production batch to meet the established daily production.- Team Leadership: Train and supervise plant operators to comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.- Train staff on the plant's requirements to maintain certification in the FSSC 22000 standard and supervise its compliance by passing internal audits.- Ensure order and cleanliness in the plant, and exteriors and make the records applicable to the process.- Support: Provide support in activities to the Head of Production and the Head of Quality Control so that the monthly objectives can be met.- Collection and analysis of information: Prepare the quality control reports of the raw material to guarantee the product traceability system.
