• Provide strong leadership to product teams who are conducting innovative work, through intelligent, clear communication with a hands-on, passionate approach to the job.• Developed the first of its kind roles and responsibilities matrix for Scrum Master, Technical Product Owner, and Technical Product Manager. Socialized the documentation with Application Development and Agile coaches to ensure alignment.• Engage with the Cloud Business Office, Enterprise Architecture, Security and Development teams in technical details, ensure compliance requirements are well articulated at the feature level, understand the implications of certain choices, manages change, and make educated trade-offs in priority, complexity, or even timelines. • Develop, communicate and drive DevOps Tools & Automation, IT Operations Management and Cloud Operations roadmaps, product priorities, epics, and features across the company by collaboration and building consensus with stakeholders.• Serve as a champion for our product teams, driving strategic thinking around Infrastructure & Operations products.• Identify new innovations, features and capabilities that support the roadmap and work with the various stakeholders for validation of use cases.• Ownership of defining and managing technical debt within product roadmaps, business cases, and support backlogs.• Using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology for both Scrum and Kanban teams, create, prioritize using Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) calculations, and manage Epics and Features with capability requirements supporting technology strategies and objectives, in line with the Planning Increment (PI) calendar. • Responsible for Azure Cost Management for Cloud working with our Cloud Service Provider to develop custom reports and alerting on subscriptions and services. Proactively report on factors increasing costs, cost avoidances and optimizations, presenting monthly and quarterly to VP and SVP leadership.
