About Andrea Dethlefs
I began my career as an Apprentice Diesel Technician working on heavy duty trucks in a dealership environment. I was able to leverage training, personal growth and customer interactions to succeed in a Service Advisor role, and further expand my career into leadership as a Supervisor. Recently moving over to the Data Center sector, I focus primarily on the mechanical and electrical aspects of operations, to include HVAC, Standby Power, Switchgear and UPS Systems. Also having served as a Reservist in the United States Marine Corps, I was able to combine my Civilian and Military experiences to successfully lead our Motor Transport, Heavy Equipment and Utilities sections, while simultaneously working with Higher Leadership for Future Planning and Operations Support. My training and experience has afforded me the tools necessary to expand my technical and leadership abilities and prepare me for any challenge that may come my way.
