Front and back office duties

Itinerant check-in agent. I was responsible for:-check-in;-customer satisfaction;-front desk activities (receiving visitors, welcoming, greetings);-receptionist duties;-tourist information.

I worked at the counter serving mexican food and drinks; I made cocktails in the evening time. I gave up because of my studies: I had to get my final degree certification in Italy on 25th March 2015.

Four month stage. During the first three weeks I worked in the Customer Service of the Marketing Department. CS skills:• did marketing researches; • contacted new potenntial customer and explain them the services and programme of the school;•put in contact potentail customers with sales department. Then I moved to the Marketing and Sales Department thanks to my attitudes and skills. I was Sales Manager Assistant and Programme Coordinator for the Italian Department.Related skills:• checked all incoming emails and processed all the quotation request about study holidays and work experience;•managed and archived all the customers'​ details in an Excel file report;•created customized programme according to the customers' specific request;• organized and booked activities for the customers• prepared contracts and invoices • translated document (official letters, programmes, accomodation rules and regulations, ..) from English to Italian and vice versa.
