Graduate from Azusa Pacific University with a B.S. in Health Sciences with a General Psychology Emphasis. All coursework was done online with specific deadlines to be met. Maintained a career 3.1 GPA. Previously attended Champlain College and Johnson State College (VT) including classes in business, marketing, sociology, political science, and history. Passionate about health and nutrition with a desire to serve in my community.I am currently attending courses through AHIMA with the intent to sit for the CTR exam in spring of 2023. I am a dedicated family woman as well as passionate about a career in healthcare. My life experience as a wife and mother has given me a desire to improve and maintain community health, specifically in the areas of childhood obesity and gestational diabetes. While juggling my family life and career, I have become proficient at managing my time and family finances, and have had many opportunities to learn and grow with my family.
