As Contract Officer GS-13, for FAS, Office of Acquisition Operations, I am one of four senior Contracting Officers on the team. I am assigned a variety of contracts to provide modifications as well reviewing new offers and extended current contracts for their option periods. I have 91 contracts currently assigned to me and currently possess an unlimited Contracting Officer’s Warrant.As Contract Officer GS-13, for FSS, Office of Transportation and Property Management, I have been lead contract specialist for City Pairs Program and Transportation, Delivery, Relocation Solutions and the Travel Solutions Schedules. This program negotiates the contract airline fares which are mandatory use by all federal employees and military personnel for official government travel. I currently have an unlimited Contracting Officer’s Warrant.I was selected to work with the Federal Asset Sales (FAS-P) Program with OGP, OPM and various federal agencies. I awarded a PMO Performance Based support contract for the new program. I am finalizing the SOW with the Program Office to establish a contract for Usability Testing of the new website for the FAS-P initiative. In addition, I was the CO for the new FAS Center of Excellence (COE) application. I will assist in setting up a BPA that will allow agencies to determine the best way for them to sell their excess personal property.
