Oversee Business Office staff across the organization's 4 CCRC campuses. Supervising billing and accounts receivable activity in accordance with the Revenue Cycle.

Record and reconcile facility's daily census activity to ensure accurate billing, including insurance verification, monitoring of private pay assets and Medicaid applications. Maintain the AR, including cash receipts, cash posting and collections activity.

This was a new entity to the Phoebe organization and required the development and establishment of process and procedure for billing, quality reporting to Medicare, grant tracking, donations, clinician productivity and contract management. Responsible for coordinating continuing education conferences, community conversations, research projects and student interns.
