My focus has always been to learn, accelerate businesses, and develop people.I have over 20 years of experience as an executive, five years as an entrepreneur, and additional years studying until I earned my PhD in Business.After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I lead IGB/EDR, a company focused on accelerating businesses and providing practical solutions. We build bridges between problems and solutions for companies in Brazil and the United States.In my mission to develop people and businesses, I am also a member of the Forbes Council in the United States, writing articles for forbes.com. I am a speaker and co-author of books on Mergers and Acquisitions and "Pivotal Leadership," a book that made me a best-selling author outside Brazil. Additionally, I am a professor and mentor.
