The Advance Program is the implementation of the Meditech Expanse Health Information System across the Fraser Health Authority. As the Project Manager over the MIS, Reporting and Environment Management I am responsible for all project management and strategic planning activities. Responsibilities include the design, build and implementation of a role based access approach for Meditech Expanse, Meditech Environment Management, Corporate Management Systems (CMS), UNV client and printer management.

Project manager successfully leading the Meditech MIS implementation for the SHINE partnership of Markham Stouffville Hospital, Southlake Regional Health Centre and Stevenson Memorial. Responsibilities included: • Supervising timely accomplishment of project objectives• Identifying areas of risk and propose mitigating strategies• Managing the development of the Meditech instance across 3 sites• Manage Communications with key stakeholders• Multi-disciplinary support across all NPR and MAT Modules• Web Acute/Web Ed implementation build and support• MIS Multi Facility shared access plan, build and implementation
