Coordinate and Host the largest Jeep Only vendor event for Jeep enthusiasts. 2019 had over 600 jeeps in attendance and over 1200 people in attendance. We helped raise $8500 towards our charities and 1650 pounds of food for the Montgomery County Food Bank. 2020 we were shut down the week of the event. Full planning was completed.2021 Event had an attendance of 700+ jeeps and over 1800 people and raised $10,000 and 1900 pounds of food for our charities.2022 Event had an attendance of 809 jeeps, 3101 pounds of food for Montgomery County Food Bank.2023 Event had an attendance of over. 940 jeeps, 3564 pounds of food for Montgomery County Food Bank.

 Responsible for verifying bank deposits and sales reports match. Calculate and verify payroll using Excel and process using ADP Run and Easy Pay systems for up to 75 employees. Provide customer service and employee support via phone and email.  Created Human Resources forms, background checks, compliance checks, and employee spreadsheet with data. Process child support garnishments and unemployment claims. Also, attend phone hearings as necessary. Work with Store’s General Manager on employee issues relating to hiring and terminating. Recruit/Screen employee prospects when needed. Assist with office supply orders for office and store locations when necessary. File daily sales reports, credit card receipts by store and date, and invoices for accounts payable. Submit credit card receipts for requests to analyze for fraud. Previously inputted accounts payable invoices and payments into QuickBooks.
