O&GD Central Kft. (Sand Hill Petroleum BV) is a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus. It is an exploration and production company focused on onshore conventional hydrocarbon resources in Hungary and Romania.As a member of the business development team my responsibilities are:- Managing the database of the prospects in collaboration with colleagues of other departments- Collecting relevant inputs from the relevant technical team members- Preparing the AFEs of the company- Running regular and ad-hoc valuation requests, building fiscal models and corporate roll-ups in support of commercial and management decision making, budgeting and planning- Preparing the materials for the quarterly Board meetings- Preparing the economics for the annual oil and gas bid rounds- Preparing the economics for the reserve audits- Monitoring and collecting the key market prices, preparing analyses based on the historic and forward oil and gas prices- Contributing to the monthly report for the Board

• Product development and analyses in motor business for Genertel Hungary and Slovakia• Technical (risk based) pricing: produce sensible models that explain recent historical experience and is likely to be predictive of future experience• Commercial pricing: find potential (best risk) segments by analyzing existing portfolio and optimize discounts• Monitor the motor insurance market, benchmark competitors and prepare price comparisons• Prepare statistics and product controlling half yearly, prepare ad hoc reports to Board• Analyze annual MTPL campaign results and discounts used by clients• Monitor claim KPI’s and have managed to decrease loss ratio• Prepare product plans to the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority• Use advanced tools for retention rate modelling• As being chosen to be a member of P&C Generali from Hungarian side, offer advice to experts of CEE countries in pricing – most recently cooperate with Romania in repairing their MTPL product
