- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman and Sales Director in day-to-day operations, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondences, and various documents/presentation.
- Monitor, screen, and respond to incoming communications.
- Liaised with external clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders for seamless interaction.
- Execute administrative tasks: create, edit and format documents/presentations/forms; maintain an organized digital and physical filing system.
- Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, conducting telephone screenings, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Organize training sessions on food safety practices for staff compliance.
