Responsible for online booking portals like booking.com, Expedia, HRS, Amadeus and many others. Resolving availability, prices and reviews dealing with our guests - then I suggest improvements in the functioning, remedies the problems mentioned by guests. Preparing monthly deadline, collaborators solve with me all matters concerning reservations, inquiries, no-shows, cancellations and more. Also my main job is: searching/meeting new business partners, appoitments, signing contracts, business events planning (meeting room with program: coffee breaks, rauts, dinners), planning new hotel campaigns, preparing hotel newsletter, preparing the new hotel websites, communicationg with all partners related to our hotel. All hotel operations are reported by me to the management.

Making a reservation, communicate with guests in English - spoken/written form, addressing guest complaints, the monthly deadline, recruitment, shift planning, daily management, arranging meetings, taking care of IRS systems and more.
