The Main objectives of the post are to assist the support the development manager in the design and development of new and existing services to creatively meet the support needs of people within a specified geographical location in the north of Glasgow. It is to also provide positive leadership and management, which enables small staff teams of workers to continually deliver and continually improve high quality support with peoples needs, agreed outcomes aspirations and individual budgets. My position also requires me to attempt to make sure all services are managed within the organisations policies, practices and quality assurance systems and operate within the national care standards, Scottish Social Services Council, the codes of conduct and within all Health and Safety Legislation.
