I am currently seeking work in the architectural field. I have project management experience from working in the construction industry for 4 years. I have a background in architecture, having graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (Bach. of Science: Architectural Studies) and the University of Nebraska Lincoln (Master of Architecture). My architectural background has taught and improved my AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills. My work in the construction industry has improved my skills with Microsoft Suite, problem solving, hiring and training new team members, and managing and updating internal documentation and organization. I also actively engage in mentorship and community outreach. I was selected for a fellowship, Challenge Detroit, which aided non-profits which unique projects from a marketing package to creating interactive artwork to encourage healthy habits. I also mentor individuals through the design process.
