Assists with planning and managing the quality improvement efforts in support of the Children's Learning Institute, including the development, execution and implementation of strategic plans. Creates framework for innovation and determines project requirements, develops protocols and implementation guidelines, and guides data analysis. Proactively engages in education outreach with partner agencies/organizations to generate winning outcomes; searches for valuable opportunities for the organization. Assists the Associate Director(s) of State Initiatives in administering and overseeing a quality assurance program and identifying and implementing appropriate internal controls. Overall program oversight to hire highly qualified staff, manage project budgets and/or programmatic sustainability while ensuring program fidelity.

o Spearhead innovative approaches to resource allocation and strategic growth with awards and maintenance of $19.5M multi-year governmental grant development.o Successfully monitor and coordinate workflows to optimize resources and grant compliance inclusive of communicating timelines, deadlines, and strategies with follow through with Programs leadership for specific grant applications and reporting.o Collaborate with programs management to organize operations and achieve demanding production targets annually at a rate of 95% or higher.o Form strategic partnerships and connect with other child-oriented organizations and early childhood education professionals to drive higher quality programs and services to young children.o Monitor expenditures to mitigate risk of overages.
