I am a dynamic and passionate headteacher of a large primary school in a deprived area of the West Midlands. I have worked in education for twenty-three years and my leadership experience in schools has spanned over fifteen years. My commitment to continuously integrate current educational research and best pedagogical practice is unwavering and I have an excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum. I relish the rewards of being a headteacher, collaborating with others to improve the life chances of children and to nurture a life-long love of learning.
