Responsible of answering any kind of questions regarding the different programmes offered, either by the pone, chat, or email, as well as keeping optimum communication with the participants regarding trip details prior to the trip. To promote the program to potential participants, help the finance team, and to assist in creation of content for marketing campaigns.Important achievements: Conversion of 10% of leads (people interested in the programmes), obtaining around 15 new schools, and decreasing cancelations by a 12%. Optimization and creation of the communication process by using tools such as Streak, Salesforce for Gmail, and text messages as they were not used for leads follow-up before. Templates update for the communication and collaboration for the automatization of them. Banners and arts creation for social media campaigns.
