I leveraged my operational knowledge in areas such as competition logistics, transportation, ticketing, and security to guarantee a comprehensive and seamless experience for all involved.

At Ref +, I worked with the Despegar.com brand— a leading travel company in Latin America, similar to ExpediaI planned, executed, and oversaw projects from conception to completion. Through a targeted marketing campaign, we achieved a 45% increase in bookings compared to 2018 across Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Ecuador, successfully positioning Colombia as the #2 best destination in Argentina, Peru, and Ecuador.In my role, I analyzed each country's specific needs and recommended tailored communication strategies. Additionally, I managed the planning and execution of events from conception to completion, overseeing contract negotiations with vendors and handling all aspects, including venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials.
