Manage research and data gathering with the Clemente Center and stakeholders in New York to synthesize and deliver findings. These outcomes will support the launch of ‘Historias,’ a state funded initiative to understand the impact of the Latinx community on the creative and cultural fabric of New York City and serve as a platform for advocacy to address the community’s needs to thrive and expand the visibility of their contributions to New York. Support in the development and delivery of an assessment toolkit that will support LxNY, a consortium of NY-based organizations to best meet their constituents needs.

-Oversaw art outreach program portfolio, which included: Family Art Making (ages 4-8 and adults), Art Explorations (ages 9-12), Open Studios (Teens), Middle School Portfolio, and Pre-College Portfolio. Each program entailed a review of lesson plans, management of instructors, effective program calendar management, and consistently open to incorporate new strategies based on program feedback. - Served as a liaison between the program and a community of over 4,000 including teaching artists, parents, caregivers, and students. Responsible for the recruitment (including candidate tracking, communication, and scheduling interviews) of four art instructors per quarter. Per year a review of 2000 program applications. Supervised and mentored all intern staff and studio assistants. -Represented the Dedalus Foundation at public speaking events and school assemblies promoting its mission and visual art-making programs. -Established and built relationships with partnering institutions, leading to the expansion of opportunities in our workshops, gallery exhibitions, and guided visits for artists.

Collaborated with Programs Manager and Director to develop partnerships with local organizations and community members -Assisted in-class facilitation before, during, and after, serving as a resource to participants. -Facilitated art-making classes for Adult ESOL students.

• Assisted Professor Robert Sember in the delivery of art lesson plans to special need students. • Co-directed the final student project - edited student audio recordings of their interviews and city sounds.

- Organized a seven-week curriculum, focused on basic writing, reading and math skills.- Led an education program on the arts and culture of different countries for kindergarten, first and second graders.

Researched on Edgar Degas "Women Bathing" pastel drawing in order to provide a visual study conversation on Friday evening to the general public in English and Spanish.

- Aided instructors in the Primer Impacto Program with Museum learning projects (guided tours and art projects) designed to broaden students understanding of the Museum and in the arts.- Studied a Pieter de Hooch painting from the Robert Lehman collection.- Created an art piece influenced by Pieter de Hooch and Edward Hopper paintings from the MET collection.

- Active participant of Groundswell Programs (Summer Leadership Institute (SLI); teen Empowerment Mural Apprenticeship (TEMA); Voices Her’d Visionaries (VHV) in an effort to contribute to my community and hone my creative skills. Mural Projects: Truth Be Sold; Women Rise; Timeless Rhythm; A Vision of Growth;Beautiful Migration; Justice Everywhere. - Assisted in Groundswell’s Annual Art Auction I coordinated times to meet with artists, picked-up and documented the value of the artwork.

- Participated in the program “In The Making” studied short film making and Tim Burton's Retrospective exhibition. -For the final project I created a short stop-motion film “A Day in the Life” inspired by the Beatles.
