I am an engineering professional with a strong background in project management and manufacturing processes. In my role as an assistant project manager, I developed and managed multiple projects within a team starting from procurement of contracts to construction closeout. Prior to this, I was trained in quality control analysis and process optimization of a guar manufacturing plant by working as an engineering intern during the final year of my engineering degree. After several months of working as an engineering intern, I was selected to be molded into the reliability engineer for the plant. This experience provided understanding of equipment reliability, failure modes and effects, and criticality analysis. Lastly, my upbringing in Honduras and ability to speak fluent English and Spanish has been essential to communicate effectively with plant technicians, management, and customers to address problems and provide engineering solutions.
