Working as a Face-to-Face Field Fundraiser for about 2 years plus, has allowed me to grow professionally and individually with the guidance of my superiors and senior colleagues. Working in the outdoor sector has given me the opportunity to meet and understand people from all walks of life, which helped me to grow in terms of human touch as well. Since then, i was given the Best Attendance, Highest Nett Pieces and Highest Dollar Value Amount raised award for 2019.
