Accountable for the development and delivery of strategic planning for Revenue Collection. Responsible for debt segmentation and external benchmarking.

Led planning activity for financial cycles within B2C Debt Operations, specifically Bad Debt Charge MTP and budget forecast processes. Translated financial strategy to develop, manage and execute operational strategy for Residential Customers including sale /losses forecasts and Opex budgets. Internal and external stakeholder management. Instrumental in the successful delivery of bad debt charge and associated key performance indicators for period in role. Managed Debt Analysis area to develop and deliver pioneering analysis, insight and data models.
