Enrolling at George Brown has been one of the best and most rewarding decisions I've made in my life. I have been immensely inspired by my professors and peers who've allowed me to dive deeper into my passions and even find some new ones such as chocolate and bread making! Although my love for baking started because I was a ridiculously sweet toothed child, it developed into a passion for cherishing the short, joyous moments in life, for making memories through food, and for constantly learning new techniques.Throughout my early professional life, I have learned that being truly authentic to oneself leads to an abundance of fulfilling opportunities and I hope to surround myself with a community of people who believe the same. I am thoroughly excited for my future in this industry and I look forward to initiating long lasting and meaningful connections on this platform.
