In my working experience I have gained the main skills required in the management consulting activities as leadership, problem solving, excellent capacity to coordinate complex projects that involve large internal and external teams ensuring compliance with the planned schedule and deadlines, the quality of services offered and the management of customer needs, strong capacity of analysis and definition of actions to be taken. Main projects managed by me concern the following areas:• Organizational and operational projects: design of organizational and operational target model, corporate reorganization plans, defining economic and organizational impacts for insourcing/outsourcing strategies with the definition of a Master Plan to get in the new model, supporting companies into process analysis to define optimization actions (reengineering, automation and KPI’s introduction), functional analysis to develop IT tool, definition of training needs to manage new/modify activities, support to get in Cost Management assessment (Purchasing and consumption model) and to define potential optimizations• Project management and change management: support to developing the projects to obtain the targets, to control the cost, to respect the deadlines and to manage the potential project issues. The main goals of the support are: ⁻ establishment of a global and comprehensive vision of the projects to be undertaken and definition of the overall Roadmap of projects with a vertical support on the streamlines deemed most critical⁻ identification of gaps in realization of strategic objectives along with the escalation of current risks and the identification of potential risks⁻ monitoring and control of projects and increases efficiency in tracking progress of projects along with Issue management activities⁻ integration of project plans for all projects – standardization of progress reporting
