I’m the credit manager in CNHI captive financial division, leading a wholesale portfolioof nearly 300 dealers across Europe, Middle East, Africa. The main task isto grant and review credit limits to support the industrial business minimizing risk, withdelegation up to 12 Usd/mio for CNH and 12 Usd/mio for IVECO. This process isbased on the bi-annual analysis of the dealers’ financials, assignment of a credit rating,preparation of a financial business plan when required, the analysis of the market andthe dealer’s performances towards CNHI. The products offered are essentially floorplanfacilities to support the dealers/importers’ inventory management. My work issupported by a team of 4 junior analysts, who follow specific country networks, andrequires a constant interaction with all Capital departments in EMEA and Globally.Visits to the dealers and local Brand managers are required periodically, in order toperform portfolio reviews and manage critical accounts. I lead several cross-departmentchallenging projects (EMEA network financial review, automatization processes, set upof a remote learning platform, review of procedures). I speak English fluently and agood level of German. My approach is highly oriented to the team and targets, based ona proactive cooperation with colleagues, strong communication and interaction skills, inorder to best reach industrial objectives consistently with our risk targets.
