Sector: skid mounted plants and EPC contracts for Oil & Gas.Main tasks: initializing and management for all execution activities of the project and successive execution with coordination of a multidisciplinary team; works organization and planning, relative control on progress, including cash-flow review, with particular focus on production quality; selection and contract arrangement for suppliers involved in works; documents arrangement for letter of credit management, including steps of invoicing; management of whole Contract, relative Client and its third parties involved.

Sector: environmental engineering services.Main tasks: water collection for landfills; arrangement of technical documentations required for environmental authorizations at charged public authorities such as Italian VIA (Environmental impact evaluation) and AIA (Environmental integrated authorization); works activities for water and soils analysis and characterization.
