▪ Execute runs for department heads, staff, writers, and guests daily▪ Research daily news to pitch for segments to producers and coordinators▪ Assist in research for projects among various departments▪ Maintain general organization and efficiency of office workspace in a fast-paced environment

Supported producers in segment development and production, including scriptwriting, photo/film licensing, and editing, assisted in the production of field and studio shoots, booked and greeted guests.

▪ Assist with concept development, producing, and editing material▪ Contribute to set up and break down of studio set and equipment maintenance in studio and remote shoots▪ Produce a wide range of programs and specials airing each month

▪Compose correspondence, maintain calendars and communicate with students and various projects and performed clerical work▪Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls▪Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material ▪Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email▪Coordinate Registration Day, create diagram for table placement, dining area, and entertainment ▪Organize and implement Student Outreach Campaign by contacting student & offering support services
