Evanston Scholars is a non-profit organization that improves college access and success for a diverse group of ambitious Evanston students who are traditionally first-generation college entrants, low-income, and students of color, starting with the college admissions process and continuing through graduation. This comprehensive, six-year program offers workshops, mentors, SAT/ACT prep, and college counseling to support students with financial and/or academic needs.

The McGaw YMCA is an open, charitable, membership association that promotes growth in spirit, mind, and body through programs and services for all in our diverse community. It also seeks to be known for practicing inclusion by valuing the diversity of all people within its association and community. Major Roles: • Assisted in providing a wide range of creative and expressive activities • Created a warm, accepting atmosphere for children• Assisted the teaching team in developing lesson plans within established curriculum guidelines• Communicated with parents and families through written notes, classroom newsletter, parent conference, and oral communication• Engaged in ongoing staff development to improve professional skills and achieve and maintain credentials• Ensured the safety of all of the classroom children at all times by maintaining a safe and healthy environment both indoors and out, and having children in eyesight at all times• Assisted the lead teacher in updating bulletin boards at least bi-weekly with new activity documentation• Maintained a clean and orderly working environment • Assisted in maintaining daily sign in and out sheets and released children only to authorized persons• Promoted the philosophy, mission and educational objections of The McGaw YMCA

As Panhellenic Delegate, I was responsible for external relations with other sororities and the Panhellenic council both on campus and nationally. I represent the chapter's voice at weekly Panhellenic Council meetings. Major Roles:• Educated Tri Delta's chapter about new policies and procedures enforced by the National Panhellenic Association • Served as a liaison between Tri Delta and other sororities that the National Panhellenic Association represents• Voted on the behalf of chapter members on formal decisions

To fully bring that something new and different to life, however, requires getting it out of the minds of a few thought leaders or organizational visionaries and into the hands—and hands-on daily habits—of all the many who will need to embrace it. This is where sr4 comes in. sr4 strive to do this all day every day. Main Roles: • Updated and created assets into online system, Capacitype • Took notes for formal meetings with potential clients • Proofread documents for clients • Generated articles for blog that are posted on LinkedIn and Facebook• Created and developed facilitator activities
