* Executive accountability for operational, strategic, and financial objectives for Geisinger's Senior-Focused and Home-Based Services. Clinical services financed through value-based arrangements supporting 600,000 Geisinger Health Plan members and 80,000 Keystone ACO members. Care delivery models include 65Forward (senior-focused primary care), Geisinger at Home, Hospital at Home, Community-based Palliative Care, and Home-Based Primary Care. Responsible for business development, operational execution, and market growth across 17 counties. Achieved total cost of care reduction in excess of $200PMPM, and recipient of Age-Inclusive Tele-health Innovation award.

*Accountable for strategic business development and operations of case management, primary care, and value-based strategy across Geisinger Medical Group and Geisinger Health Plan. Built targeted programs and led practice transformation to address quality gap close, population health outcomes, value based contract performance, and patient/member experience.*Enterprise accountability for virtual care, remote patient monitoring, project management office, strategic partnerships, and consulting services across Geisinger Health Plan.

*Planned, performed and implemented Lean and Six Sigma process improvement initiatives to decrease measurable inefficiencies and promote value.* Developed risk assessment matrices and templates to increase visibility of risks and facilitate decision making.

*Provide administrative oversight to various departments including Urgent Care, Surgical Services, and Neurosciences. *Served as operational leader responsbile for the development and execution of clinical integration plan for 3 mergers and acquisitions over 18 months. *Developed and executed strategic and operational plan for Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania's first short-stay surgical unit including capital facility investment of $7.2MIl
