I was the first and only manager on site when Treehouse Tewksbury opened. I was tasked with all operational responsibilities in the first few weeks we were open. I established systems and processes to get us off the ground and running. This location was opened with very little infrastructure and I helped build some of the founding practices that are still in use today. I assisted in growing our sales and customer base and managing all daily operations, while representing the brand positively. The company saw over 10% growth for two quarters during my time there. Some of my areas of responsibility included, Vendor Point of Contact, Staff Re-Training, Policy/SOP writing, Supplies/Operational Equipment Purchasing, and Bar Supervisor.

I began as an entry level employee and worked my way up to General Manager less than a year since the start of my employment. I have become very skilled in compliance with Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Regulation. I have experience using various different cannabis point of sale/seed to sale systems and METRC. I managed a team operating a medical and adult use, dual licensed location. I have created SOPs and worked with other management team members to create consistency and success within the company.
