I have spent the last 28 years at Microsoft in various leadership positions within Microsoft, mostly focused on developing new category or product innovations to help drive growth for the company. Most recently I've been excited to work on a strategic culture change project specifically focused on how to build products, services and experiences in a deeply end-user empathetic and impactful way that creates adoption, recommendation, and new business growth opportunities. Through deep partnerships across our executive leadership team, middle managers and directly with other teams we are collaboratively influencing the company culture to deepen our focus on end-user experiences. My experiences are in strategic planning, marketing, user research, product commercialization, and execution, with a particular investment in new product development and product management. I have worked globally with our field teams, across our large partner and sales channels, as well as with strategic partnerships.Prior to joining Microsoft I worked in the television industry and in the early creation of the cable advertising industry as a direct marketer and in creating new revenue streams. I have owned and sold my own business and know the ups and downs of starting and growing new products and services.
