Since 2014, I oversee this fast-growing organization delivering world-class services and consulting encompassing conflict resolution, organizational expansion, and leadership development delivered by 35 high-performing trainers from over 25 countries. I am proud of the work accomplished alongside my team, such as the implementation of modern technological platforms and capabilities enabling innovative training methods and resources that conveniently optimized outcomes, including personalized learning paths based on competency profiles and self-study materials in 6 languages. I also coordinated the creation of a global, unique fair pricing system offering people from lower-income countries access to top-shelf programs at an affordable price, enabling the delivery of conflict resolution training where it was previously inexistant. >Established and grew the Consensus Campus, a leading institute delivering 2,000+ hours of mediation and conflict resolution training annually to managers across 6 locations in Germany, all while spearheading the EU In Medias project, an initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU aimed at building an EU mediation curriculum focused on intercultural differences. >Created the -- International Mediation Campus offering a world-class live online training programme in which 1,000+ international mediators from 60 countries have participated, while piloting international mediation capacity building and dialogue endeavors. >Developed Consensus Consulting, which delivers an array of consulting services to schools, NGOs, government agencies, and large corporations, including leadership, negotiation, organizational development, absenteeism analysis, and mental health assessment.

The aim of this EU funded initiative is to establish a strategic partnership between the training institutes for mediation in the partner countries. Together with 9 partners from 7 countries, we aim to develop a European curriculum for a mediation training and to offer future students the opportunity of a European education and training program. Through a joint European training, the participants will gain a deeper understanding of the specifics of conflict resolution in the individual countries and a network of European colleagues, a further education modul and a publication about European mediation.
