• Serve as key contact and program expert related to the University’s various payment receipt processes, platforms and related compliance. Provide guidance to campus and merchants regarding compliant solutions to achieve strategic goals. Coordinate departmental requests for payment solutions. Coordinate third-party and University software integrations• Supervise eCommerce activity across all campus merchants and provide training and coaching to impacted staff. Review, update and draft documentation and instructional materials related to campus revenue generating activities, treasury processes, and PCI compliance• Maintain eCommerce payment platforms and relationships with third parties. Coordinate purchases of payment processing equipment. Stay abreast of system changes/upgrades and advancements in technology. Test and implement modifications and new functionality• Serve as key point of contact for administration of banking relationships to include depositary, payment services, and on-line access for University employees• Coordinate eCommerce process documentation and compliance timelines. Review and amend contracts related to card processing to ensure accuracy in language and regulatory compliance. Serve as chair of Payment Card Oversight Committee
