• Locate housing that meets the requirements of the Policy for Expatriates.• Managing leases.• Coordinate with vendors for repairs reported by resident expats.• Coordinate cleaning services allocated for housing visitors per week.• Produce and submit report on general HR Activity.• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.• Coordinate training sessions• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.• Administrative support to employees.

• Managed reservations and sales of hotel lodgings for Fiesta Inn Hotel and supervised operations.• Responsible for executing catering and hotel sales from lead generation to billing and rebooking.• Serve as a public relations and marketing representative of the hotel

• Responsibilities included verifying audit hotel paperwork to ensure the hotel has balanced accounts.• Posting room charges and taxes to guest accounts, running preliminary reports, processing no shows and close of day, stocking the front desk with daily supplies, registering arriving guests, settling guest accounts with the ability to make good business decisions regarding discounts, making reservations, greeting guests and providing door service and special requests when needed. • Operating a multi-line phone, providing guests with information on local attractions, resolving guest concerns, complaints or suggestions.

• Oversight of restaurant operations including managing employees, customer service, inventory, cash flow projections, and opening/closing restaurant.
