Held multiple roles while employed with Getronics working on two contracts. The first being BP’s International Email System and the second Ineos. At BP, I was responsible for granting permissions, delegating permissions, propagating information, ensuring the integrity of all Americas Exchange servers, monthly meetings, mentoring, etc. I also helped was responsible for resolving all email related issues in North and South America or mentoring the administrator working an issue. We maintained and supported 84 Exchange servers (2003, 2000 & one 5.5) within multiple Administrative and Routing Groups, 11 Antivirus servers, 1 Blackberry server, and 3 Rightfax servers. This included 50,000 mailboxes.At Ineos, we support Ineos’ Exchange environment including a 6 node Exchange 2003 cluster (four active, two passive), 2 Front End servers, 2 Bridgehead servers, 2 Blackberry servers, 2 MS ISA servers, 2 McAffee Secure Content Management Devices, 4 HP management servers (for backups, McAffee EPO, SAN Management, etc). We also handle all aspects of Exchange support for 12,000 international users, including desktop issues, server issues, OAB, OWA, RPC over HTTP, public folders, connectors, etc. I was also the backup support for MS ISA Server 2004. Finally, we completed the migration of Ineos’ users off of the BP Exchange Servers and developed processes and procedures for the new environment.

Provided support within the United States for Microsoft Exchange Server on BP’s International Email SystemMaintained and support 111 Exchange servers (both 2000 & 5.5), 9 Antivirus servers, 1 Blackberry server, and 5 Rightfax servers. Supporting 39,800 mailboxes running on Windows 2000 and NT Server 4.0. This includes working with users in all aspects of support, from desktop client issues to NT and Exchange Server issues. Dealing with all problems relating to Exchange 2000 and 5.5 Servers, including Connectors (Site, Directory Replication, Internet Mail, Microsoft Mail), Directory, MTA, Public Folders, Rightfax, Trend Interscan Antivirus, etc.
