As part of the Michigan Learning Community team I am responsible for scheduling in-home and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis services. I organize transportation services for clients, approve employee time-sheets, and arrange behavior technician fill ins for time off requests. I manage medication administration as well as establish and communicate COVID-19 facility protocols. This position is also responsible for administrating ABA data collection and practice management software by managing soap note synchronization, providing technical support for staff, and creating employee and client accounts. I also lead and executed the migration of company data to WebABA Enterprise and Catalyst.

I provided on-site behavior technician support as a lead behavior technician and implemented Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in-home and in-center. I also provided discrete trial training, prompting, shaping, and positive reinforcement to clients.

As a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Intern, I worked within the therapeutic recreation department to assist the Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in their daily responsibilities. I planned and implemented theory services in an outpatient neurological rehabilitation facility for both individuals and groups, lead initial evaluations, completed daily progress notes and monthly summaries, and conducted aquatic therapy sessions with individuals with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. I also planned and implemented special events, group activities, and community reintegration, worked with multiple discipline treatment teams, reported client progress at team meetings, and engaged in in-service staff meetings and client case discussions.

I scheduled and organized event booking, lead the training of new employees, and managed merchandise and food sales inventory. I also balanced the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts and completed necessary bank runs.
